  • ½ Red Onion finely chopped
  • 500g cooked Chickpeas
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Tandoori Masala powder
  • 1 tsp Ground Cardamon
  • A knob of Ginger grated
  • 1 medium Red Chilli finely chopped
  • Small bunch of fresh Coriander chopped
  • 1 medium Cooked Sweet Potato
  • Coconut Oil for frying
  • Salt and pepper to taste
